Rolfing
Rolfing (Structural Integration) is a form of hands-on manual therapy that works with the body’s connective tissue, called fascia. Fascia surrounds and supports your muscles, bones, nerves, and organs. Over time, stress, injuries, and poor posture can cause this tissue to tighten and create imbalances in the body.
Rolfing gently releases these restrictions to improve alignment, reduce pain, and restore more natural movement. It focuses not just on where it hurts, but on how the whole body is organized — helping you move with less strain and more ease.
